MOQ Policy: Some products have Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). Inner MOQ applies to individual packaging, while Outer MOQ applies to case packaging. Prices may vary based on quantity ordered.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Items must be in original condition and packaging
Custom or personalized items are not returnable
Return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Important: Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Avinto and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
